The escapees from S.H.I.E.L.D. custody hole up at Wilson Fisk's place in the Hamptons. Osborn usues his political connections to demand money and amnesty for himself and his group of villains. The President doesn't appreciate it and lets Nick Fury know it. 
 
Fury deploys the Ultimates and has them try to track Osborn down through Kraven the Hunter's production company. He needn't have bothered. Osborn has a plan. And it involves taking out S.H.I.E.L.D's Triskelion headquarters.
